Step 1 - Choose Your Reset

You’ll choose one of our 5-Day Reset options. Once you book, your reset will begin the upcoming Monday and run for 5 consecutive days, ending Friday. Each day, you’ll come in for your session that resets your body and mind. Whether you want simplicity or the full experience, we’ve made it easy to commit—and powerful enough to change how you feel in just one week.

Pick from Three Options:

Reset Lite (solo cold plunge)
Reset Lite + Guest (share with a friend) **must be the same guest for all 5 visits
Full Reset (solo plunge + sauna)

Step 2 - Start Next Monday

Once you purchase your reset, you’ll be automatically enrolled in the next Monday start date. No need to pick a start day — we keep it simple and structured. This lets you plan ahead, build momentum, and start strong with a clean weekly rhythm. You’ll get an email confirmation and access to book your daily sessions right away.

Step 3 - Complete By Friday

Your reset includes five sessions total — one each day, Monday through Friday.

You can book different times each day depending on your schedule, but all five sessions must be used during the same week. There are no extensions or rollovers — the power of this reset is in showing up consistently, every day.

Imperfect Mastery Studio is a warm and welcoming wellness center for a newbie like me. I was apprehensive about taking part in the cold plunge. However after the owners shared their knowledge and expertise on the health benefits it offers I decided to literally jump in! As a new mom I have low back aches and pains. I had an incredible experience at the Imperfect Mastery wellness center! The cold plunge flushed the soreness from my legs after a hard workout the day before and I slept better than I have in a week, that night. I fit comfortably at 6’4” and the temperature range was impressive (as low as 37 degrees). I used the Styku 3D body scan and left with plenty of actionable data on weight management and health metrics. Unlike the name, the prices are perfect and I’ll be back to try contrast therapy with the infrared sauna.

This wellness studio is amazing! The cold plunge stays at a low temperature and is so clean, quiet and peaceful. The owners are some of the sweetest women I’ve ever met. There really isn’t anything else like it in the downtown Long Beach area. I highly recommend booking here!

When does my reset start?

Your reset begins the upcoming Monday after your purchase. Sessions run Monday through Friday. We don’t offer rolling start dates — this structure helps with consistency and results.

Can I choose a different time each day?

Yes! You’ll be able to book your own session time for each day. You don’t need to come at the same time every day — but time slots are limited, so we recommend booking all 5 sessions in advance.

What happens if I miss a day?

There are no makeups or reschedules. This is a structured 5-day reset — one session per day, Monday through Friday. Please only book when you’re ready to commit.

What should I bring?

Just a towel, water bottle, and your willingness to show up. We’ll provide everything else.

Can I do this with a friend?

Yes! You can choose the “Reset Lite + Guest” option to share your session with one guest. Both of you will come at the same time each day and have 15 minutes to cold plunge in the same private studio room. Whatever guest you bring on Day 1 will be your one guest allowed the rest of the reset days.
